Time has been frozen

CNY eve, midnight, train

filled with tiredness and pain

sat bonelessly in the seat, despite all the looks

couldn't fall asleep as I did on a usual trip

staring blankly

imagined that the train was about to enter a time tunnel

and then, i will find

time has been frozen in 2004 A.D.

that midnight of CNY eve, on that train

though time passed

cells divided and became nearer to the last moment

nothing can be done

to make anything differnt

maybe i don't have to exaggerate everything so painful

everybody has a lifelong battle to fight for

but i'm not sure if everybody is hurt and carry scars

what kind of scar(s)

can make you shun away this special occasion

so as many supposed-to-be-special occasions

the wise man will say

if you don't have desires, you will be strong 无欲则刚

true

if you don't have desires, you won't struggle so much

coz after the struggles

you may find

you are back to the origin (0,0)

coz time has been frozen
