Home cuisine



I have been thinking about food since the 1st paper. Halfway doing the ESA I was thinking about my favourite dessert.


Today I took a few hours to prepare that dish. The dessert I loved since young.


In the morning I cooked the green bean and grinded them into paste. (Actually it should be red bean paste).


In the afternoon:

Battered the egg for 1 hour. (Still not fine enough, but I was tired to batter more)






Add flour, corn starch, bean paste. Deep fry to light yellow. Take out and sprinkle sugar on it.



End product:





(It should be rounder =P)



Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

I suppose mine tastes the same. Though a bit ugly.
