Paradise Now
I watched the movie Paradise Now today.
It is rated M18 but it is not about sex, violence or politics. Maybe a bit of politics. I wonder why it is graded so.
It tells a story of two Palestanian youths who are going to bomb Israel with their bodies. Martyr, some calls them. Terrorist, some calls them. Whatever the name, they are just normal human beings in life. Do they dread death? Yes. But there is a paradise promised for them, angels will fetch them after they die. They are not very sure. But they did not have much choices.
Quite a touching movie.
